Dear US Troops:
Thank you for what you are doing for us. I appreciate that you are risking your lives for us. It must be pretty weird having a Christmas with no snow. We have a lot. I know your families are thinking about you every day. I hope you can come home for Christmas and enjoy the wonderful time with your families, like the rest of us back home. If you cant remember, Christmas is in your heart. Sincerely, Hannah

Dear US Troops:
I am very glad I have men and women fighting for my FREEDOM. I live in Gaylord, Michigan. I bet it is weird having no snow on Christmas. My dad was in the war for a few years. I hope all of you troops over there can come home safe to your loving family. I know how it feels to be seperated from your family. When my dad went to war, I missed him so much. I am really glad that we have you fighting for our freedom!!
P.S. I hope you have a very Merry Christmas. Sincerely, Cierra

Dear US Troops:
THank you for fighting for our country so we can have freedom. Thank you for sacrificing your time to fight for our freedom. I really appreciate it. Now we dont have to live in fear. I wish you a Merry Christmas! How does it feel to be away from your friends and family? How does it feel to be in a hot climate? It is really snowy here. Again, I wish you a Merry Christmas and thank you for fighting for our country.
Sincerely, Haley

Dear US Troops:
I would like to tell you how much I appreciate what you're doing for our country. If you werent fighting for our country, lots of places would probably be bombed and many people would be killed unneccessarily. How is it in Iraq? It probably fells odd rignt now because there's no snow for Christmas. I hopeyou get good supplies for the war. Merry Christmas. Riley

Dear US Troops:
How are you doing? I bet you are sad that you wont be home for Christmas. We have alot of snow here. It is so cold.
My favorite football team is Patriots. They are 13-0. I think they are going to the Super Bowl. I wont be seeing my dad this year for Christmas. So I know how you fell kind of. Thank you for putting your life in danger for other people.
Sincerely,

Thank you men and women for protecting us and the people in Iraq from terroists. It must be hard to celebrate Christmas in Iraq. I hope you have some friends in the army that treat you like family. I am thankful because you help make sure that I live in a safe country. Win or lose, at least you go home and know you fought for our country and the freedom of the people in Iraq.

Thank you for sacrificing your time to fight and protect the country so we can have feedom. I really respect that. How is it having Christmas with palm trees in the desert? Its very snowy here in Gaylord, Michigan. I prefer summer better. I wish they made a law that US troops could go home for CHristmas. Once again, thank you very much for fighting in the war for the United States. Merry Christmas.
P.S. I wish your family a very Merry Christmas too!

Thank you for protecting our country. For Christmas, all I want is a free country. Our country is nothing without being free. Sacrificing your time to give everyone freedom is the best present in the world. Better that every present combined!
Christmas is fun! I get to go to a football game. Do you like football? Also do you have any time for fun?

Dear US Troops:
I appreciate what you're doing for our country. I appreciate it because Iraq could be planning to invade our country and you would stop them. I wonder how it is in Iraq, to spend Christmas in an unsecure base, not knowing when you could be ambushed upon. I wish that Iraq would just stop and treat others as they would want to be treated. If only the government had enough money to buy some kind of air borne specialist robot so you could come home and not have to be away from your family. Thanks again for protecting our country.
Sincerely,
Bobby

Dear US Troops:
Thank you for fighting the Iraques. WIthout you our country would be destroyed about now. I know you miss your family, but I hope you have a Merry Christmas. Over here in Michigan, we have about a foot and a half of snow. Ive heard in deserts its really hot in the day and gets down to the 30's at night. Thank you again for what you have done.

My name is Brianna and I am ten years old. I really want to thank you for everything you are doing for our country. It must be heart wrenching not to be able to see your family for Christmas. I would especially like to thank you for protecting our country, rights and freedom. To me you are a hero. I know your job is dangerous and I hope next Christmas you will be able to be with your family. Again, I just wanted to say thank you and I hope you have a Merry Christmas.

We are having a lot of snow. You cant believe all the snow. It snows like 2" a day.
I know you miss your family and they miss you, but I know you will live to see them again when you come home.
I hope you have a very Merry Christmas over in Iraq and hop you have a good New Years!

Dear US Troops:
I know you miss your families, but if you werent there fighting the war, we Americans would not be safe. On this Merry Christmas, dont be too sad, I bet they miss you too.
The weather here is fine, just maybe the five feet of snow is the only problem. Its fun to have snowball fights, but the best part is when I come inside. I get hot chocolate. Its really nice to feel the warmth on my skin. I hope your Christmas wishes come true, that you see your families again soon. God will make it happen, dont worry. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Sincerely,
Savannah

Dear US Troops:
Thank you for all you are doing for the United States. Im happy for all that you're doing because you're really supporting everything we do. I know its hard to leave your family and not see them for awhile, so to make it a litte better, I wish you a Merry Christmas!
Im doing a bunch of things with Christmas just around the corner, like going shopping with my parents and trying not to tell them what they got eachother. Its actuall kind of hard to try not to say something that you dont realize is really giving away what the present is. Im trying not to say where we went to get the presents this year.
Now while you guys are in that steaming hot weather in Iraq, in Michigan, we have about a foot of snow. I like winter, but one reason I dont like winter is when we have to put on all of our snow gear just to go outside! I really dont enjoy that very much.
Well, once more, I wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a great New Year!
Your Friend,
Kelsey

Thank you for going over seas and fighting for our country. A kid on my hockey team's Dad is coming over seas in January. Our last hockey game we won. I got a hat trick. One day I was watching the Carolina Hurricans vs Pittsburg Penguins, and I saw some of you guys watch the game on versus. I have always wondered what is it like in Iraq for Christmas?

First off, thank you for taking your time to help the USA. I truly appreciate what you are doing. Right now you could be with your family, but you decided to help the USA. I just wanted to say Merry Christmas. I hope you have a great Christmas. Does it feel different being in a hot place with no snow for Christmas? It is very snowy here. I know I wouldnt feel right being in a hot place for Christmas. Then again, thank you for fighting right now in the war. You are doing a great job.

Dear US Troops:
Thank you for everything you are doing for us!! I appreciate it very much. You are sacrificing your time to be in war and being so far away for your family, especially on Christmas. The only thing I dont like about Christmas is that it is so cold. Sometimes it gets below zero!! In the summer time I play soccer and in the winter time I do gymnastics. I have been playing soccer for four years and I love it! My cousins live in Savannah, Georgia and they almost couldnt make it up for Christmas. Luckily, they are up here with me and I think we are going to have the best Christmas ever. I hope you do too.

Dear US Troops, I can't beleive we live in a country where we have such amazing people choosing to fight for their loved ones and their beloved country!! You have all taken your lives and devoted them to protecting us here at home!!! My father was a Navy Seal my uncles were in the Army and I have cousins in the Army also. I wish you all could know how much there are people who love all of you so much and pray every day for all of you. I know that it may seem that you are away and there are alot of people who don't realize what you do for us and how much you miss out on for us. For every person there is out there that take you all forgranted there is someone like me that has more love for ALL of you in my little finger that makes up for all of their ignorance. I know that at times when you dont hear from people for years and months and days that it may seem that they have forgotten but remember that when you are out there fighting and working and training that there are those of us that thank God for you each and everyday. Please also remember that for all the pain and suffering you are going through you have brought so many of us joy and safety and peace of mind. Even the people who forget about you still have that; and that... NO-ONE can take away! So from the bottom of my heart I thank you and love you all very much and wish you lots of love and laughs. Happy Valentines Day Guys and Gals!!!!!!!! Love Cynthia HInes

What can you say to people who are willing to go into harms way for others that they don't know? What words can convey the gratitude to those same people who are protecting & trying to rebuild a foundation that is crumbling? Thank-You seems so inadequate. Hi everybody wherever you may be. All I ask is that God be with you while you are away from your family and friends. I had family who served in the service one way or another and when I say one way or another- I just don't mean just behind the enemy lines. We have moms, dads, children, wives, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandpas, grandmas, and anybody else who may be at home fighting along with you making sure you make it home safe. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL THOSE OVER SEAS AND THOSE AT HOME - MAKE EVERYBODY MAKE IT THROUGH THIS WAR. GOD BLESS AND I WILL KEEP YOU ALL IN MY PRAYERS.

Sincerely,

P.S. My daughter reminded that it is the families and friends at home that are fighting, too.
